Go find some of the Lawry's marinades in bottles. Carribian jerk, tequilla lime, chipotle, a million good flavors. If you have a little time and want some nice, juicy chicken, do this:
Put 4-5 (still frozen if you want - if they separate) pieces of chicken in a pan you can bake, add 1/2 the bottle of marinade and 1 & 1/2 cups of water and bake for an hour at 425 deg. The juice it makes left over is WONDERFUL on brown rice and veggies.
Super easy....
