Today's cardio, 31.3.08 
Treadmill: 40 mins, 2.5 Mph – 7.1 mph., Incline 2.0
Speed 5.5 – 6.4 for first 14:52 mins, after warmup. Started my 1½ at 5.5 mph, adding .1 or . every minute, ‘til I reached 6.4. I was actually just trying to make a programme. Then I decided I might as well do my mile & a half trial. My record, this go round is 14:52. Finished the half hr with intervals, 1 minute fast from 5.5 – 7.1 mph, 1 minute recover at 2.5 mph. Total 3.17 miles.
445 Cals, Max HR 170(97%), Avg HR 125(71%)
1½ mile time progression: first target WAS 15 minutes.
