hey everyone, I was referred here by Ashley2212. I'm a Mod over at NGN, which is my only other board. I see WW, Taz, and a few other names I recognize which is cool. This seems like a great place and I will try to contribute as much as I can.

Current stats: 6'1" 260lbs and have been lifting continuously since 2002.
