Anyone recommend any good brands/products for multi vitamins ?
The one i am taking tastes and smells so bad , i gag when i take it . Then need to have a meal to take the taste out of my mouth . It smells so bad i can even smell it hours later when i take a piss and even then almost makes me gag. Would prefer a capsule multi as well so i cant taste it at all.
