It's 9:20am Wednesday here...11am I go to the salon for a full body exfoliation..then back home to eat/shower then back to salon at 1pm for tan
so tomorrows pics will have more colour
So last training done
bicep/tricep depletion done.. legs are a bit sore from Sunday
as are other muscles I have done so far..guess because I haven't done weights in a while with injuries and all. I decided to NOT do cardio today..just posing practice here on in..think it may be safer to give the legs an extra rest day to be sure
