Today was a lower body day. It had been forever since I'd done this type of workout:
Warm up on treadmill at 4 at an incline of 4 ~ 7 min.
Leg Circut:
Lunges off a Step bench with 1 riser holding 8# weights (20 lunges)
Laid down on back with feet on bench pelvic tilt up while squeezing buns (20 tilts)
Leg Extentions with 70 lbs (12 reps)
Donkey Calf Raises with 90 lbs
Ab on bouncy ball and the laying scissors
THEN
side oblique crunches
To eat:
wake up: coffee with splenda and cream ( I know this cream needs to go)
M1: 3 eggs 1 WW toast
M2: Protein shake
M3: White Chicken Chili
M4: Protein shake
M5: White Chicken Chili again
M6: Protein shake (while preparing dinner)
M7: Salmon Cake, Garlic Green Beans
Water, water, water...
Becacuse I'm post op gastric bypass I drink a lot of shakes and need to eat a lot of solid food spread out through the day.
Please feel free to critique me as I go along. I could use a helping hand and know it will be helpful to use fitday but I forgot my password and lost all my "custom foods" So, I gotta get that set back up so I can see what my intake is.
