Bro I wouldn't run var over 100-120mg/daily, MAX! I've personally seen excellent results on as low as 40mg/daily so alot is dependent on the quality of the var and the person using it. As stated somewhere above, I also think var is better run at lower doses for long periodsl.. Good luck and keep us posted on the cycle!
