T-Cake's Mini Fresh Training Log

I, Cakers, just want a new start.

This log will be simple simple simple.
- Diet
- Training
- Colorful graphic

My goal is to go 4 weeks without a cheat meal.
This is a re-focus period I need to go through.

Since I got a treadmill last week, workouts have been in the morning before school, lifting on the weekend days, teaching Spinning class Mondays/Thursdays after school, and Wednesdays off.

That should do it. Enjoy. I'm determined to hold myself together. Shoot, it's only 4 weeks.
