Beef Mushroom Cassarole
2lbs ground beef or lamb
1lb of fresh mushrooms "I like Porto's or Italian Browns"
1 medium size yellow onion "I like texas sweet onions because it says TEXAS in it"
2 cans low fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small container of fat free sour cream
1 12oz package of No Yolks egg noodles
Slice onion and mushrooms to your desired size. Cook Beef, onions and mushrooms together until cooked. Drain all access liquids. Add 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup, stir and simmer 10-15mins. While it simmers cook noodles. Add the sour cream once it is done simmering and put on top of noodles and enjoy!. I like to add cracked sea salt and pepper.
