Well what are you trying to accomplish with your first cycle. I really doubt cut since your height and weight you are already on the thin side, so the items you have recommended would not be for a person trying to put on mass, but to cut their mass. Give us an idea on what you are trying to get out of this and then the ideas will flow.
As Booey stated that cycle is a good beginner cycle to see how your body reacts to just increasing test levels. You could then create a stack with some dbol, test, and deca, as a later.
PCT would be Clomid. I myself never really used HCG so I wouldn't be able to say yes or no if it is needed.
