LOL not very exciting. Mostly I spent the weekend trying to get a nap in because I haven't been sleeping very well. And this getting up early for AM cardio requires getting to bed before midnight. My challenges are working around these morning conference calls I have for work, and scheduling my various trips to the physical therapist & orthopedic surgeon to work out some stuff w/ my shoulder.
My training has massively morphed into a lot of cardio, a couple high rep leg days, 2 plyo days and 2 PT days/week. Immediate goal, besides heal my shoulder, is Halloween....!
