I was significantly off track with the diet this weekend, but back on today. Unfortunately I've only got class Mon-Thur, and my weekend started Wednesday night. Going to carry the week all the way to Fridays from now on.
am: elliptical 15 min, treadmill 10 min (running late, had to cut it short)
pm: chest/triceps
bench-wu, 12@55 x 2, 20@55 x 1, 16@55 x 1
flyes- 12w/10s x 2, 35w/10s x 1, 20w/10x x 1
dips-6, 4, 8, 6 (body weight)
db kickbacks-12w/10s x 2, 13w/10s x 1, 16w/10s x 1
I officially declared a minor in economics today. we're in week 7 out of 12 for this semester, over half way through. All my winter classes are on-line. I'm hoping to graduate after the summer semester, then I have to go to.........work!
