After 3 shots I was done with that! I am quite prone to acne and know which subtances give me it and which don't. I also know the different kinds of acne I get from different substances.

Clomid hurts equally as bad on the acne but clomid = cystic

Like most men, your problem is all estrogens. I wouldn't ever suggest using HCG throughout the cycle like many do. It's much more likely to cause sides like acne when you do that. You're very sensitive so if you go back to using Clomid use it every 3-4 days
