1x220lb - I wanted to see if I should open with this weight. It was easier to touch but I am nervous opening so high. Not sure what I am going to do. I may have to see how warmups feel before making a decision.
So no more training for the rest of the week. Time to relax, recover and drop 3.4 lbs. I am weighing in Friday night at 6 PM and need to be 165lbs.
