Tonight's workout:
Lower Body Circuit, + some screwing around for fun. lol
(three times through)
- squats holding 25 pound plate for 45 seconds
- Dimel deadlifts for 45 seconds with 70, 75, 75
-Push presses 3 x 12 for 55, 60, 65
- Leg drops for 30 seconds
- Step-ups w/ DBs 1 minute per leg with 25 lb plates in each hand
- Donkey kicks for 45 seconds
-Glute kickback machine 3 x 12 per leg for 70, 85, 90
15 minutes stairmill, L11
20 minutes 15% incline at 3.2 mph while playing Jewel Quest on my cell!
