It broke down to about 2lbs of chicken aday... And 2-3 cups of brown rice. I could keep my fat intake down under 100 grams a week. I was also drinking ON's 100% Gold Standard shakes twice aday but using four scoops instead of two.
I would use no fat, low carb breading and egg whites and bake the chicken the night before and carry it with me to work.
