At your age you should eat anything you can get your hands on. With your stats and goals I would be:
Drinking a gallon of whole milk every day
Eating loads of red meat
As many eggs as I could afford
Drinking milkshakes
Eating McDonalds
Etc
Etc
Chicken, Veggies, and such WILL NOT make you strong or big. Period.
