I think I told you, also, that you can take your lifting down to 2 days a week. 2 days of circuits, one for all upper body stuff and one for all lower body stuff. If you want me to write 'em for you, let me know, but I think you know what you like to do. It'd just be 6 moves needed for upper body day and 6 moves needed for lower body day. Do them in the traditional fashion (warm up, A, cardio, B, cardio to end). This would be 1 of your 2 workouts on 2-a-day days twice a week. So really, if you do this... you'd be doing double cardio 4 days a week, 2 days a week would be 1 cardio and 1 circuit session, and 1 day would be off.
Thoughts?  Wish I could be there with you doing all this.
