You should be eating every 2-3 hours, not stuffing your face either, a good serving of protein remember 1-1.5 grams of protein per 1 pound of body weight.....you said you weigh 200 lbs, you should be at 200-300 grams of protein ed.
Chicken, lean red meat, green veggies, brown rice, eggs whole or just the white.....you get the point....I could never eat that much subway I would puke....once in a while is ok, remember moderation.
