Snack ideas?
SO! I need some snack ideas for my meals plans that are rather filling. I usually get hungrey about every 3 hours or so and my day starts at Seven-Thirty.
I'm going with High Carbs and Cals, because I'm attempting to bulk and grow mass wise. Also, any ideas pertaining to post workout meals would be awesome as well!
