That first exercise should be awesomely cool, I try to do this one combined with my cardio work in such a way the nookie girls have to walk by me to see what they are missing.
Last time I tried varying inclines on treadmill I cranked it up to running and blew the fuse on the damn thing. Not to mention setting off seismographs at UT.
The third one have you ever tried it on incline rig? I do them and did them several years ago when I injured my back. Worked great and even came up with a variation for trunk training.
