I'm surprised that Immovane (generic name zopiclone) isn't on the list here. Maybe it's more popular here in Canada not sure...but it works quite well with a low propensity for dependence. Ask your doc about amitryptiline....in high doses it is used as an anti-depressant, in low low doses its used as a sleep aid. Didn't work for me but it may for you. I've used all the dope listed so far on the post: halcion, seroquel, lorazepam etc with little success. After I built tolerance to the Immovane that went by the wayside as well but it worked well for a few months until the doses I required got ridiculous and still didn't work. Good luck!
