This statement incensed me. Most dedicated lifters I've met & emet have all been intelligent, relatively courteous, and very helpful.
That doesn't necessarily include the guys team lifting for beach muscles.
The article/blog is probably written by a waifish man, who's wife has told him all that stuff to pump up his fragile ego.
