Treadmill: 45 mins, 2.5 – 4.1 mph., Incline 2.0 - 12 deg.
Walk. My Plantars Fasciitis was too agravated to run, but I found a gait I could use to walk. First 10 mins was warmup, then walking at various inclines & speeds. Next 30 mins was alternating, fast walking (3.0 – 4.1 mph) and walking at 2.5 mph with a 25 lb dumbellfor 1/8 mile.
Cals 399, Avg HR 116(66%), Max HR 134(77%)
