This one tooked a while. Started cooking dinner, then listened to the wife blow off steam between sets.

New 5RM & PR for weight. My old 5RM was actually less than my current OHP 5RM. My wrists were sore, ‘cause I’m still working on form. This is the first time I’ve actually worked these to any extent.
