THE farmers walk is awful, it burns like noones business. Working out early and on an empty stomach was brutal but it got better as I got on the weights, I worked back today and did my 3x5 incline, squat, and deads. weighed in at 221 this morning before workout with gym clothes on......oh yeah and im starving but it will get better.
