My first advice to you is don't use the tren yet. You already don't have the wind you need and tren will make it worse. You need to drop the smoking now and start cardio every day. Get on the tread and spend the next two weeks doing one minute around 8mph and 9 minutes around 4mph for 30 minutes. Or at least try to work up to that. Until you get your wind back you're kidding yourself about cutting.
Come back after two weeks and check some of the training logs and see which routine looks fun to you.
