I'm at Uni now...sorry for not responding to your e-mail...but its been a hellish week...and its just getting worse.(MY CD-ROM Drive just broke)

But yes, the PC+Glycerol thing is all I do.

I also use a 75g Glucose drink mixed with 300mg R-ALA during my socceer drills and games.

Its something that few people have thought about...but it works amazingly well...because it drives glucose faster into your muscles...giving you more glycogen and energy.
Far better than a glucose polymer drink alone.


But the r-ala has to be mixed 30min before the event with the drink or it begins to decompose.
You can use caps if you wish...but caps always look suspicious to coaches.

EPO is something I'm not willing to use....it comes down to risk vs reward for me. Its just not worth it for me.

Talk to Mr. N if you want..he has lots of experience with it.
