Meal 4: Cals=303 Pro=46 Carbs=14 Fats=7

Meal 5: Cals=315 Pro=44 Carbs=20 Fats=7
6oz Chicken Breast
3oz Brown Rice
Meal 6: Cals=303 Pro=46 Carbs=14 Fats=7
