nice idea for a thread .
OK , here I go :
First off , let's start with the basics :
Is there a whey protein , 100 % isolates or even isolate + concentrate mixture that actually TASTES good ? If so , tell me the brand , cause I have tried 1000000000000 different brands and they all TASTE like TURD . Specially using water with them , I am switching to non fat milk following Blut Wump's recomendation, 100 ml + some ice is enough to make a thick nice creamy shake .
100 ml , 3 x a day is just 300 ml and that will give me only like 15 g carbs and some protein , so it is all good .
So , ideas for a PW shake , ideas for calorie free stuff that I could ADD to before going to bed shake .
