Default Good post, I'll add to it.

As WarLobo so eloquently described it the body
becomes desensitized to the Clen after a period
of time. This is roughly around 3-4 weeks.
Clen however, is not a beta-3 agonist, it is
a selective beta-2 agonist. And humans DO
have beta-3 receptors that work through
Brown Adipose tissue Thermogenesis(BAT).
This reason is why ephedrine always works.
Beta-3 receptors NEVER down-regulate.
Beta-2 receptors unfortunately do.
How to fix the Clen problem after 3-4 weeks might
you ask?
Symptoms: Low T3 levels due to the the fact that the
Clen interferes with T4-T3 conversion in the liver.
Also, desensitized Beta-2 receptors from the Clen.

Solution:
- Addition of T3(25mcgs daily)
- Addition of ketotifen(10mg daily)

Ketotifen is a fascinating compound.
It is a H2(histamine antagonist) and is used in the
treatment of ulcers and is very safe. It has the
ability to DRASTICALLY up-regulate the beta-2
receptors. It actually increases C-AMP
(cyclic adenosine mono-phosphate) levels
by an astounding 80%)

Co-administration in human subjects of ketotifen
and Clenvuterol saw NO DOWN-REGULATION
of the beta-2 receptor at all after months of use!!!!!

So, you can see where all this is leading:

Clen can actually be taken for very long periods
of time(if need be), if the following is taken
to combat the bodys feedback loops:

1. 60mcgs Clenbuterol daily
2. 10mg Ketotifen Daily
3. 25mcgs T3 Daily

The T3 dosage will not shut-down TSH to any great
degree and is considered a safe dosage to be
used to boost your metabolism naturally.
AS are not really needed at this dosage of T3, but
extra protein is probably a must. 1.0-1.5g Pro/lb
would be recommended.
As you can see the Clen dosage is low. This is due to the
fact that with ketotifen the Clen dosage can be cut
in half and still achieve the same thermogenic effect
as if 120mcg of Clen was taken alone.

Godspeed
