Some people love it, some hate it. If you personally do not smooth out, then by all means drink it. That means your body is processing it correctly. If you bloat, get gas, burps, etc... you should probably cut it out of your diet. Lastly, Ive read that the homogenization process is extremely unhealthy as it allows milk fat to be readily absorbed in the intestine due to molecular particle size (thats why it doesnt rise to the top). Apparently this is a bad thing, so if you must drink it stick with skim.
