Kardio Komplex
25.2.08 45 mins, including w-up on tread & cool down period.
8 reps of each exercise, with a set of ab work & 1 minute rest mid set & 1½ mins rest after each set. 6 sets this time.
Exercises:
Squats,
OHP,
Deadlift,
Flat Bench Press,
BB Rows,
Pull Downs,
Hang cleans & G.M.s, alternating with each set.
65 lbs.
I also did 6 sets of 15 incline sit ups between the lifting sets, for a total of 90.
Cals 462, Avg HR 120(69%), Max HR 154(88%) .
Treadmill: 35mins, 3.5 mph, Incline 2.0 deg.
Moderate walk. My lungs are a tad stressed from my rhinitis so I din’t wanna push it.. 1.9 miles
Cals 346, Avg HR 122(70%), Max HR 128(73%)
Synopsis
808 cals on the workout. The Complex was tough. Pull ups from sling at work. None today
Water, 4.5 litres.
