Default Diet /clean carbs ?

So, even when I eat brown rice, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes, I stay hungry, is that normal? If I eat veggies I am ok, no cravings, as long as I add some good fats in.


My whole family is diabetic on my dad's side, it makes me wonder if that has something to do with it
