Wow, thanks for all the supportive posts

Yesterday was argg... crazy at work... diet stayed nicely...same as the previous day
workout- only got 20 minutes of eliptical in
Today - day off.... no workout... my chest is freaking sore...
I added some pushups till failure on 10 lbs dumbells to the workout as well..
Ate.. well like a cow today..lol ...had a nice sanwich with crusty bread , feta cheese, smoked chicken.... and veggies yum , yum .. tonight some pizza..
Yes, I don't deny on my day off but I don't go supernuts
Funny is I always feel gasy with the foods form days off..
