Are you taking fish oils by any chance? My current coach has me taking 6 per day pre-contest & my husband commented that in his opinion, I was no where NEAR as cranky as I was the previous times when not taking them.....so you could try them & it may help.
Otherwise, you just gotta focus & realize that your temper will be a little short & try & not take it out on others. Try not to be in situations where you'd get POd if possible.
