Its all about anticipating the feeling and managing your behavior. If I can compare it to something that might give you a little insight, its sorta like the day before a women's period starts and the weird mood swings creep in on you for no apparent reason and you just want to rip off anyone's head who talks to you about anything remotely annoying.
Good insight. Well, if my wife says I'm being short, I'll tell her I'm on my period!! lol!
