How do you people deal with low carbs day, as far as wanting to strangle every single person around you and then feeling light-headed and then blacking out and waking up in a bathtub full of sugar?
The toughest part is not eating carbs after 6pm and then not having anymore carbs until 10am the next morning (I do morning cardio on an empty stomach at 6am so I delay my first intake of carbs until later) So basically from 6am - 10am I'm a walking nightmare!!!
