pre workout nutrition: some 500 calorie protein drink from a mini mart & 10 Red Blast
during workout nutrition:Gatorade, the fat bottle one
5 minute warm up
SLDL - off a 25lb plate (1 for each foot actually) for a make shift 'box'

Yup, deffinatly a shrug PR... my traps hardly get sore, they're hurtin' now
Notes:
I felt achy and not 100% all day went to the gym just to get some work in because only training 3x a week, I had to go.
Leaving the gym... I wanted to lay down in the street and wait for the back pump to stop I musta looked like I had a baseball bat up my arse. I had not experience it that bad, ever.
Got home, not hungry, felt sick... extremely achy by then. had a protein shake a few hours later.
This morning felt a tad better, then got worse... and not ibprophen kicked in i feel a bit better. I have a bad fever though and am sweating.
